Prof. Manoel Mendonça

Prof. Manoel Mendonça de Castro Neto holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará, a master's degree in Civil Engineering (Transportation), a master's degree in Statistics, and a doctorate in Civil Engineering (Transportation) from the University of Tennessee, USA. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Transport Engineering at the Federal University of Ceará. He is a CNPq Research Productivity Scholarship (Level 2).
